UP board Class 10 and Class 12 results on Sunday

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad will declare the results of Class 10 and Class 12 examinations on Sunday by around 1.15 pm.

A total of 37,49,977 students registered to appear in Class 10 exams while in Class 12, a total of 30,71,892 examinees enroled for the exam, board secretary Shail Yadav told reporters.

The results will be available on the official website of the board www.upmsp.nic.in and also at www.upmspresults.up.nic.in.

The board exams began on February 18 this year at 11,580 centres across the state.

To check impersonators, the board introduced smart barcode enabled admit cards for students. The admit cards had all the details of a student – name, photo, address, school’s name etc – and were scanned by invigilators before examinees went inside the exam hall.

Students said the move helped in curbing the menace of impersonators sitting for others in exams.
