Tamil Nadu board SSLC exam results declared, check it here

The Directorate of Government Examinations announced the results of the Tamil Nadu Class 10 or Senior School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) exams on Wednesday, with this year’s overall pass percentage at 93.6%.

Two students in the state – Prema Sudha from Rasipuram and Sivakumar R from Periyavallikulam – share the first rank by scoring 499 marks out of 500.

As many as 50 students shared the second rank by scoring 498 marks, with 224 scoring 497. A total of 39,398 students scored 100% in the Social Science exams.

Around 657,846 students had appeared for the examinations. You can check your results on the official website.

1: Click on the link ‘SSLC April 2016 Results’ on the official website.

2: Enter your details such as registration number and date of birth in the required fields.

3: Click on ‘Get Marks’ and your result will get displayed on the screen.

Number of students scoring 100% marks per subject in 2016:

Science – 18,642

Maths – 18,754

Language – 73

English – 51

The overall pass percentage last year was 91.8%.
