JEE Main Session 1 Result 2022 Live: Here's how to check results

According to the notification, candidates who successfully submitted an application and paid the examination fee for JEE (Main) - 2022 Session 1 and wish to participate in Session 2 must log in using the Application Number and Password they used to register for Session 1 of the exam.

JEE main 2022 result date has not been released yet. However result is expected to release soon on the official website.

Along with other results statistics like the number of applications, the number of eligible students, etc., NTA will also release the names of toppers, or those who receive 100 percentile marks. Following the session 2 exams, the all-India rank list will be made available.

National Testing Agency, NTA will close down the registration process for JEE Main 2022 Session 2 on today, June 9, 2022.

NTA JEE final answer key have been out on July 6, 2022. The answer key is available on the official website of NTA JEE. 

After JEE Main results, the top 2.5 lakh candidates can apply for IIT JEE Advanced. Those who want to take admission in NITs, IIITs and other government funded technical institutions will have to participate in JoSAA counselling. Those who want to get into private colleges have to apply for institute-level counselling.

There has been no official announcement made for JEE Main result date. The NTA Session 1 June result is expected to release anytime soon. Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website for updates.

Main result 2022 will be announced soon. Candidates who have appeared for the examination will be awarded four marks for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

JEE Main exam is conducted on multiple shifts and sessions and it is possible that the difficulty level of a paper may be on the higher side compared to another. To resolve this, NTA uses a method of normalisation to convert raw scores of candidates into percentile scores.

Tie between candidates obtaining equal Total NTA scores in Paper1:

B.E./B.Tech will be resolved in the following manner in descending

order:

1. NTA score in Mathematics, followed by

2. NTA score in Physics, followed by

3. NTA score in Chemistry, followed by

4. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect

answers and correct answers in all the subjects in the Test,

followed by

5. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect

answers and correct answers in Mathematics in the Test, followed

by

6. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect

answers and correct answers in Physics in the Test, followed by

7. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect

answers and correct answers in Chemistry in the Test followed by

8. Older in Age followed by

9. Application Number in ascending order

In JEE Main scorecards, candidate's name, roll number, subject-wise score, percentile score and other details will be mentioned.

NTA will declare Session 1 June result likely soon. The JEE Main Session 1 result when declared will be available on the official site of JEE Main on jeemain.nta.nic.in and also on the official site of NTA on nta.ac.in and ntaresults.nic.in.

JEE mains result date have not been officially announced yet. However, as per past trends, the result is expected today, as per many media reports. Candidates are advised to keep a check on result website for details. 

NTA JEE Main result 2022 will be declared soon. The eligibility criteria for IIT JEE is candidates who are among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech. Paper of JEE (Main) - 2022 can appear. 

There shall be no re-evaluation/re-checking of the result. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

JEE mains result 2022 will be announced in due course of time. The final score card of JEE (Main) – 2022 will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the candidates.

JEE Mains final answer key 

Evaluation of multiple-choice questions of B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning will be carried out using final answer keys and the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the result of JEE (Main) - 2022.

For multi-shift papers, raw (actual) marks obtained by the candidates in different shifts/sessions will be converted to NTA Score.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the session 2 for JEE Mains, 2022 from July 21 to 30, 2022 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various exam centres across the country.
