Hry tops public donations in region; highest single donor from Chandigarh
If the donations made to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are an indicator, the party is spreading its wings rapidly in the region. From the region: Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh, the AAP, between December 12 and January 16 has collected Rs 32.46 lakh through online donations, being displayed on its website, around 20 lakh from Haryana only clearly showing the effect of home state of its top leaders, Arvind Kejriwal, Yogendra Yadav from the state.
