Steps to check the results:
1) Go to the RRB’s regional website from where the candidate has appeared
2) There are two links for results on the top of the website
3) Click on the first link to view ‘provisionally shortlisted candidates for 2nd Stage Examination (CBT)’
4) A pdf page containing the roll numbers of selected candidates will be displayed
5) Check your roll number carefully
6) Click on the other link to view individual result and cut-off marks of first stage examination
Note: User id is your registration number and password is your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) as entered during online application stage. This facility will be available only up to December 23, 2016.

Some regional websites have not yet uploaded the results. A railway spokesperson told Hindustan Times that the regions which have not declared the results will do so by Thursday. He also said that around 54 lakh candidates appeared in the examination.
The board will now conduct a second stage computer-based test (CBT) for various NTPC (graduate) category. About 3 lakh candidates, who have cleared the first stage of the exam, held between March and May, will be called for the second stage.
The online written exams to fill 18,252 vacancies in various technical and non-technical posts of RRB were held across the country between March-May. About 92 lakh aspirants applied for the exam.
The advertisement (CEN 03/2015) regarding the exam, published in December 2015, sought to recruit people for various posts, including assistant station master, clerk, goods guard, typist, apprentice and junior accounts assistant.
