Sharma, a student of Vivekanand Senior Secondary School in Rewari, is at present eagerly waiting for the results of his medical entrance examination. “I want to be a doctor and serve people,” he said.
About his success mantra, he says , “I studied for eight to ten hours regularly to achieve this result. I did not go for any extra tuitions but ensured I attended school every day. His teachers describe him as a shy and somewhat reserved student, who takes time to make friends, and is always studying. “I’m not on any social media — Facebook, Whatsapp nothing,” he says.

Sharma has a younger brother in Class 11 and an elder sister pursuing a bachelor in arts.
