Punjab Board PSEB 12th Results 2022 LIVE: Result link available on pseb.ac.in

Punjab Board Class 12 Result 2022 will be announced shortly. As per media reports, toppers names will also be announced this year, after a gap of 2 years. In year 2020 and 2021, the merit list was not released as the exams were not conducted offline and the evaluation of results was done through internal assessment criteria.

Type pseb.ac.in in the search box of the app.

Click on enter and the Punjab Board website will open.

Click on result link and then again press PSEB 12th Result 2022 link.

Enter the login details and click on submit.

Your result will be displayed on the screen.

Download the page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

• Visit the official website of Digilocker on digilocker.gov.in.

• Click on sign up link and enter the details required.

• Now login to the account using the credentials.

• Under education category, candidates will have to choose PSEB.

• Click on PSEB Class 12 result category and enter the details required.

• The result will be displayed on the screen.

• Check the result and download the page for further need.

Those candidates who cannot pass the Class 12 board exam results will have to appear for the compartment exams. On clearing the compartment exams for the subjects they have failed, the candidate will be considered as pass.

Around 3 lakh candidates are waiting for PSEB 12th Results 2022. The result for all streams will be announced together and will be available on pseb.ac.in. The results can also be checked on Digilocker and also through SMS

Punjab 12th examination was conducted from April 22 to May 23, 2022 in the state at various exam centres. The board examination was conducted in offline mode. The duration of the exam was for 1.30 hours, 2 hours, 2.30 hours and 3 hours, as per the subject requirement

Students who have appeared for Class 12 board examination in the state will have to secure 33 percent marks in each subject to qualify the examination. Those students who will not be able to qualify the Class 12 board exams can appear for compartment exams. The compartment exam details will be available after declaration of results

PSEB chairperson Yog Raj Sharma has confirmed the PSEB class 12th result date and time. The PSEB class 12th result will be announced today at 3: 315 pm. The direct link to check the PSEB class 12th result will be available soon after result declaration.

The candidates who have appeared for Punjab Class 12 board exam can check the result through SMS as well. To check result through SMS, candidates will have to type their roll number in format PB12 <roll number> and send it to 5676750.

Last year, a total of 2.92 lakh students appeared for Class 12 board examination in the state. The overall pass percentage was 96.48 percent. Girls pass percentage was higher than boys. The overall pass percentage of girls was 97.44 percent and boys was 95.74 percent.

The Punjab PSEB class 12th result 2 result will be announced at 3:15 pm today. Over 3 lakh candidates are awaiting results. 

A total of 2,92,663 students registered for the board exam in 2021, and 2,82,349 of those students passed and were promoted.

2021:96.48 percent

2022: 90.98 percent 

2019: 86.41 percent 

Due to an increase in Covid cases, exams were not held  last year. However, students were evaluated using a 30:30:40 formula based on the student’s performance in classes in classes 10, 11, and 12, respectively.
