Nutrition is another way of recharging the body. Students and parents must make it a point to ensure they have a nutritious diet. Having a heavy meal is not nutritious. Rather, they must have a balanced diet. Following this, students must also do some kind of exercise.

I urge parents to behave with their children normally during an exam day as doing something extra will only add to their anxiety. As for students who are worried about beating the stress during the exam day, the trick is to treat the day normally.

Enter the exam hall with a cheerful mind and have fun conversations with your peers, and it will automatically reduce your stress level. For instance, don’t worry about when you will get your question paper. Just let things be.

Another area about which students worry about is time management. Reviewing the question paper once and planning your answers accordingly is the solution. Students must make it a habit of writing daily in their notebooks. Eventually, This will help you write faster during exams, and you will not feel pressured. So, I urge the current generation to inculcate the practice of writing. The more you write, the better you will at your speed.

Also, do not get bothered by what your peers do during the exam. Focus on your own performance.

Ahead of PPC, the Prime Minister inspected an exhibition at the Bharat Mandapam.

“I had the fortune of inspecting an exhibition by students who worked on marvellous projects in various sectors including the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. I must congratulate the students and teachers for putting up such a brilliant exhibition and for letting me understand what the new generation thinks,” he said.
