NEET UG: Delhi HC dismisses candidate's plea alleging out-of-syllabus question

The petitioner claimed one question in the physics section was based on 'radioactivity' when 'radioactivity topic' was not a part of the syllabus.

The high court said courts are not experts in the subject matter and should only adjudicate based on the law on the subject and its application in the facts and circumstances of the particular case.

Panjab University approves new syllabus as per NEP

Under the new policy, candidates pursuing a UG degree can opt for different major and minor subjects; they can, if they wish to do so, exit the degree after the first year (or first two semesters) and receive a UG certificate

All NCERT textbooks are available in digital format on the portal and on PM eVidya and National Digital Library, for download free of cost

In an official notification, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations informed that the syllabus for Class 11 and Class 12 has been revised.
