Pinjore: 2 held for filming women in washroom

The accused have been identified as Sandeep Agarwal and Rakesh Dua. As per the police, accused Agarwal works as a chartered accountant and is the employer of one of the victims while Rakesh Dua had a printing press that had a toilet which was used by the victims.

Poll material sans publisher name, press gets notice in Ludhiana

According to the information, a notice has also been issued to the owner of the printing press in this regard as this is the violation under Section 127A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951

Ludhiana: Printing press owner booked for molesting 16-year-old girl

The victim’s mother, in her complaint, stated that her son had placed a printing order with the accused. On October 1, he asked his sister to collect the printed slips from the accused. On returning from the press, the girl was visibly upset. After a lot of coaxing, she revealed to her mother that the press owner had molested her.

Provide security to Amritsar publisher: High court to Punjab govt

The Punjab and Haryana high court has directed the home secretary to provide adequate security to an Amritsar publisher, following allegations of desecration of Sikh religious literature. The publishers claimed that religious leaders and their supporters threatened them, while the local administration and police colluded with the protesters. The court stated that while action could be taken in accordance with the law if desecration had occurred, there was no place for "force and muscle power".

Massive fire guts printing press in Greater Noida’s Ecotech 3, losses estimated at 1.5 cr

A massive fire broke out at a printing press in Ecotech 3, Greater Noida around 5 am on Monday and the fire department took nearly 14 hours to control the flames. No one was injured in the incident as workers were not present on the press premises in the early hours.
