Recognise open, distance degrees for recruitments: Government to PSUs

The HRD Ministry wrote to the Department of Public Enterprises saying it has been receiving complaints about PSUs not recognising degrees /diplomas acquired in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode for the purpose of employment.
