Board exams evaluation errors: CBSE orders action against 130 teachers

The highest number of erring teachers are from Patna where 45 of them have been held responsible for “the gross carelessness committed by them resulting in severe hardships for the candidates and tarnishing the board’s reputation,” according to a senior board official.

17-year-old Khusboo was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her Delhi residence, with a slit wrist and in a pool of blood after she failed in two subjects in the CBSE Class 10 board exams.

Upset over poor score in CBSE Class 10 exam, student hangs self in Delhi

A 17-year-old student allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in Kakrola in New Delhi on Tuesday after finding out that he scored 59% in the CBSE Class 10 exam. The deceased, Rohit Kumar Meena, was a student of MR Vivekananda Model School in Dwarka.
