As Centre rejects UP’s OBC inclusion bid, spotlight back on social justice report

The Centre’s rejection of Yogi Adityanath government’s decision to fulfil the 15-year-old demand of including 17 OBC sub-castes in the Scheduled Caste (SC) category has brought the spotlight back on the Social Justice Committee report (2018) which has been gathering dust for nearly a year.
