Multan Sultans vs Karachi Kings Commentary

1:59 PM IST James Vince wins the PLAYER OF THE MATCH AWARD.
1:42 PM IST That is all from this game but don't go anywhere as we have another game coming up. Lahore Qalandars will take on Quetta Gladiators shortly. From here, it's goodbye and cheers!
1:29 PM IST Karachi Kings will be over the moon right now. Just the performance they needed after the narrow defeat against the Gladiators. Karachi Kings had enough runs on the board to play with and their pace bowlers took three wickets inside the Powerplay to get the upper hand in the chase. The spinners, Khushdil Shah and Mohammad Nabi turned up with the ball as the duo took five wickets together to dismantle the heavy batting order of Multan Sultans without breaking a sweat. A top, top performance from Karachi Kings and they grab two crucial points in the race for the playoffs. Not just two points but the net run rate after this win will do a world of good as well.
1:27 PM IST Multan Sultans suffer their seventh defeat of the season. This defeat certainly means the race for the top four takes another huge bump. Multan Sultans just didn't arrive for the chase. Once again, their middle order collapsed. Mohammad Rizwan and Usman Khan fell cheaply while a strong middle order comprising of Kamran Ghulam, Iftikhar Ahmed, Michael Bracewell and David Willey added only misery to their crises. Overall, a disappointing outing from Multan Sultans and clearly this is turning out to be their worst season.
