OUT! TAKEN! That will do nicely for Royal Challengers Bengaluru! Krunal Pandya lets out a roar and this has been an excellent effort from him under pressure. Krunal does not quite nail the yorker, on middle. It comes out as a low full toss, Dhir gets inside the line and looks to swat it away behind square on the leg side. Fails to get the desired distance and Yash Dayal in the deep runs around to his right to snaffle it.

FOUR! Edged away and MI are still in it! Pushed through, near the wide guideline on off, Dhir throws his hands at the delivery. Gets an outside edge that flies over short third for a boundary. 13 needed off 2 balls.

Short ball, on middle and leg, Naman Dhir gets inside the line and pulls it to deep backward square leg for a single. 17 needed off 3 balls.

Stumping chance missed? Krunal Pandya fires in a yorker down the leg side, Trent Boult looks to tickle it away but misses. The keeper, Jitesh Sharma fails to collect it cleanly but the replays show that Boult had his back leg grounded all the way through.

OUT! CAUGHT! Excellent teamwork in the deep! Mumbai Indians are left stunned! There's that suprise bumper from Pandya, at the batter, Deepak Chahar waits back and goes for the pull. Does manage to connect it well but not well enough to clear the fence. Phil Salt at deep mid-wicket, runs around to his left and takes it with a leap inside the fence. His momentum takes him beyond the ropes, but before going over, he lobs it towards Tim David to his left, convering from long on. David does the rest, and Krunal has two in two. Darted across from around the wicket, full in length, Mitchell Santner frees his arms and looks to go down town with a cross-batted lofted stroke. Fails to get enough elevation to clear long off. Tim David near the fence takes a good catch under pressure over his head.

Very low full toss, on middle and leg, Mitchell Santner gets low and swipes it towards wide long on for just a single. MI go into the final over, needing 19 runs.

SIX! BOOM! What a strike first up! Bhuvneshwar Kumar misses his yorker slightly and pays the price. Dhir is allowed to get under the ball and with a straight bat, he thumps it back over the bowler's head for a flat six.

OUT! TAKEN! The ploy to push the ball away from the southpaw has worked! A wicket at just the right time for RCB! Bangs it into the deck and slides it across, Tilak hops and reaches out to go up and over on the off side. FOUR! Straight as an arrow! Good second half of the over for MI and it ends up going for 13. Bhuvneshwar Kumar looks for the yorker, on middle, Tilak Varma gets under it and drills it straight back. The umpire does well to duck in time and the ball flies past him for a boundary.

So far, so good from Bhuvneshwar Kumar! Another well-executed yorker, at the toes, Hardik can only hit this one along the ground to long on for one.

A searing yorker from Bhuvi, angling in, at the toes, Hardik is late to get his bat down and wears it on the back pad. Half a shout for LBW but that seemed to be going down leg. Rajat Patidar has a quiet word with bowler and decides against the review.

Gets the yorker in, at the base of the off stump, Varma jams it out to long on and crosses over.

Pushes it across the left-hander from over the wicket, on a back of a length, Tilak flays at the delivery but misses.

Just slows it up, bowling it full on middle and leg, Tilak Varma sweeps it away to the left of deep square leg and picks up a couple of handy runs.

Krunal brings out that short ball and bowls it wide outside off, Hardik stands tall and slaps it to deep cover for a single.

SIX! Hardik gets one over his brother and smashes him on the very first ball. Quick and darted wide outside off, Hardik Pandya just stays in his crease and powers it wide of long off for yet another biggie.

Fired in full and around off stump, Varma is unable to get under it and smacks it down to long off for a single.

Hazlewood nails the wide yorker. Hardik reaches out for it, as he looks to put some bat on it, but can't do so. A dot to end the over.

FOUR MORE! Back of a length and around off, Hardik Pandya looks to cut but seems to be just late on it. However, Pandya did seemingly open the bat face and that takes the ball wide of short third and into the fence. 22 off the over with a ball to go.

Josh Hazlewood goes short as he bangs this one into the surface, but the ball goes well over Hardik's head. He doesn't bother playing it. Wide given.

SIX! Wow, this is carnage from Hardik Pandya! Length ball, outside off, on the fuller side though. Pandya is able to just stay leg side of the ball and hit through the line and he dispatches it well over long off for another biggie.

FOUR! Excellent adjustment from Hardik! Slower and into the pitch, it is the leg cutter over middle. Hardik Pandya seems to be undone by the lack of pace but manages to angle the pull to the right of mid-wicket and gets a boundary.

SIX! No messing about from the skipper! Hard length over middle, Hardik Pandya stands upright, clears the front leg and swings it away flat over cow corner for a biggie.

Back of length just outside off, Tilak looks to pull this one, but gets cramped for room and somehow manages to get some bat on it. The ball goes to the right of short fine leg. Single taken.

A touch fuller on middle-leg, Tilak Varma flicks this one off the back foot to the right of deep mid-wicket for a single.

FOUR! Innvoative from Tilak! Tossed up, on a dragged length and on off, Tilak Varma quickly picks it up and employs the reverse sweep, nailing it over short third for a boundary.

A touch fuller on middle, Tilak Varma sweeps this behind square to the left of deep square leg, who dives to his left and saves two runs. Good effort there from Yash Dayal because that ball was travelling.

FOUR! Varma on the charge! Quicker through the air, full and wide, Varma reaches for it but manages to hit it up and over covers for a boundary. 10 off the first 3 deliveries.

SIX! The commentators' curse in full view here! Ravi Shastri, on air, was just mentioning that Suyash Sharma hadn't conceded a six, which is near impossible at Wankhede, and right on cue, he gets hit over the ropes. Tossed up, a bit full and around off, Tilak Varma gets low and smokes it over cow corner for a biggie.

Full wide outside off, Tilak Varma drives this off the front foot, straight to short cover.

OUT! CAUGHT! This time, it is taken and Suryakumar Yadav has run out of lives here. Yash Dayal takes pace off again and floats the ball a bit full outside off. SKY looks to back away and play the inside-out shot over covers but ends up just lofting it high over extra cover. Liam Livingstone there runs back and keeps his eyes on the ball before pouching it with the crocodile grip. Dayal is ecstatic and Yadav departs for a sluggish 28 off 26 balls.

Back of a length outside off, Tilak Varma flat bats it down the ground for a single towards long off.

SIX! Smacked away for a biggie! Pace off again, marginally short and well wide outside off, Tilak Varma hangs back and reaches out before slapping it over the cover-point region for a six.

Wow, what a let off again for Suryakumar Yadav and he will certainly be thanking his stars. Slower one from Yash Dayal, from the back-of-the-hand and on a good length around off. SKY goes right across the off stump and looks to swing it away but ends up skying it high up and just to the leg side. The bowler and the keeper both charge towards it and neither of them calls for it. It ends up being a collision instead of a simple catch which was probably for the keeper and hopefully, Dayal and Jitesh Sharma are both fine as the physio is out to perform a concussion check. SKY also gets a single here.

Length ball outside off, Tilak Varma drives it fiercely to the right of short cover, where Tim David puts a superb dive to save potentially three runs.

Shorter just outside off, Surya cuts it very late in hope of finding the gap between backward point and short third, but again ends up cutting it to backward point. Dot ball.

FOUR! Oh, Krunal Pandya has missed that one completely! Tossed-up delivery, floated up around middle and leg. Suryakumar Yadav sits down and sweeps it off the top edge as the ball curves to the right of deep square leg. Krunal makes good ground and dives to his right but loses it in the lights as the ball goes right through and away for a boundary.

Shorter length leg break outside off, Surya cuts it straight to backward point. Dot ball.

A touch fuller this time, just outside leg, Tilak again looks to play the pickup shot as he walks across a bit. The ball hits the front pad and goes into the leg side. The batters sneak in a leg bye.

Tilak Varma moves across a touch, Suyash spots it and fires it down leg. Tilak can't get any bat on it as he is beaten. But the ball is down the leg side. Wide given.

Quicker fuller just outside off, Tilak is surprised by that, as he somehow manages to push it towards mid-wicket for a single.

FOUR! A poor delivery and Tilak Varma is off the mark! Width offered on off, slower in pace, Tilak waits back and cracks it away to the right of cover for a boundary.

OUT! TAKEN! The surprise bumper from Krunal Pandya does the trick! Krunal stays around the wicket, bends his back and digs it in short. Gets high enough to trouble the batter. Jacks tries to take the short ball on but gets it high on the bat. It goes only as far as deep backward square leg where Virat Kohli gobbles it with ease. Will falls for 22 (18) and Mumbai Indians are now 79/3.

Full wide outside off. Jacks was lining up for the reverse sweep, Krunal spotted it, and hence he fired it full wide outside off, almost a yorker. Good take from Jitesh as he takes the bails off in a flash. Appeal for stumping sent upstairs and Jacks' back foot did go up but got back just in time.

A big shout for caught behind but turned down! Rajat Patidar has a word with the bowler and the keeper and takes the review with one second left on the timer. There was a noise but was it off the bat? Fired in, on off, on a nagging length, Suryakumar Yadav sits on a knee for the slog sweep but the ball sneaks under the bat and Jitesh Sharma takes a sharp grab. The UltraEdge shows no bat involved and it has actually grazed the right thigh on the way to the keeper. RCB lose a review.

Excellent over from Hazlewood! First over without a boundary in the chase. On a back of a length, on off, Jacks gets on top of the bounce and whips it wide of mid-wicket for a single.

Angles it in at the toes, Suryakumar knocks this full ball in front of mid on for a single.

Four dots in a row! Josh digs it in short and gets the ball to skid through, on off, Suryakumar Yadav arches back to play the ramp but is beaten for pace.

SIX! Clubbed for a six! Back of a length and outside off, Will Jacks just leans back and effortlessly plays a tennis forehand smash over long on for a biggie. That brings up the 50 for MI as well.

Slower one, floated up right on the pads, Jacks waits well and uses the wrists to flick it aerially and wide of deep backward square leg for a couple of runs.

Hard length over middle, punched back into the turf and the ball gets deflected off the bowler's hand and past the stumps and SKY picks up a quick single.

Good stop that! Nagging length on off and middle, Yadav lays into the shot and forces the drive to the right of mid off where Kohli pounces across and keeps it down to a dot.

FOUR! Shovelled away to the fence! Hard-length delivery, around leg stump, SKY uses the bottom hand to force the ball through the big gap just in front of square leg and picks up the boundary.

Dayal changes ends now. This is bowled on a good length on off, Will Jacks covers the line and blocks it off.

Full and straight, Suryakumar Yadav looks to drive on the up but miscues it away to mid on. Just 4 runs and a wicket off Hazlewood's first over!

OUT! LBW! More than half an appeal for LBW but it is turned down! The skipper has a chat with the bowler and the keeper and takes the review. The big question is whether that is pitching in line or not. Josh Hazlewood has bowled this on a good length around leg and the ball darts away off the deck. Ryan Rickelton with a swipe across the line and he misses as the ball crashes into the back pad. The third umpire checks the replays and there's no bat involved and Ball Tracking then comes up with three reds. Excellent review and both MI openers are now back in the hut.

FOUR! In the gap! Pace off from Hazlewood, the off-cutter that goes away from the left-hander. But this is a bit short and wide, Rickelton picks up the length and punches it to the left of the cover fielder with force for a boundary.

Length ball, on the fuller side and just angling across off, Rickelton leans on and drives it to covers.

Starts from over the wicket and pitches the ball right up on off stump, Rickelton stays low and pushes it out into the off side.

Floated up, just a bit full and shaping back into middle, Will Jacks watchfully defends it out.

Good running! Good length, in and around leg, Rickelton punches it gently towards mid on and calls for the single as the batters scamper through quite easily.

Bhuvi straightens the line and bowls it on a good length at the pads, Rickelton tucks it away to mid-wicket.

FOUR! And again! Even better this time. Not all that full, swinging back in from well outside off, Rickelton leans across, open the bat face and caresses it through covers for back-to-back boundaries.

FOUR! Top shot! Floated up, full and outside off, Rickelton just leans on and drives it exquisitely through the gap at covers for a boundary.

Oh, an inside edge! Lovely seam presentation, bowled just a bit fuller around middle and leg, Rickelton looks to drive but is almost beaten by the inswing and gets an inside edge onto the back leg.

FOUR! Easy pickings! Full and on the pads, swinging further down, Will Jacks just helps it down to the fine leg fence for a boundary.

Beauty! Nagging length, pitching it on the fourth stump line and getting it to deviate across, Will Jacks has a poke at it but is well beaten.

OUT! TIMBER! Yash Dayal has the last laugh here and Rohit's fast start has been brought to a halt! Full and straight around off and middle at 138 clicks. Too full and swings back in late as Rohit Sharma looks to flick across the line and ends up playing all around it. The ball knocks the leg stump out of the ground as Dayal goes up in celebration. Sharma departs for 17 (9) and MI are 21/1!

FOUR! Too much width and that's over-correction from Dayal! Full and wide outside off, Rohit Sharma is able to free the arms and he hammers it away on the up through covers for another boundary.

FOUR! Wrong line! Good length, this time around leg, Rohit Sharma takes a step to the off side and swats it away through mid-wicket for a boundary.

On the money! Pitches it up on a nagging length, just around off and this one pings across through the deck as Sharma makes a leave and carries nicely through to the keeper.

FOUR! Oh, that's some timing! Length ball on middle, swinging back in, Ryan Rickelton leans on and just pushes at it with soft hands. The ball goes a bit uppishly and to the right of a diving Rajat Patidar at mid on for a boundary. 13 off the first over of the chase.

SIX! Effortlessly done! On a good length, swinging into the hitting arc and Rohit Sharma swings it away over the backward square leg fence for a biggie.

Nagging length in the channel, Sharma just prods halfway and blocks it into the off side.

Fractionally shorter, on the pads as well, Rohit whips it away off the hips and behind square leg for a couple of runs to get going.

EDGED BUT SAFE! Encouraging signs for Bhuvi right away! At a gentle 128 clicks, on a fullish length and on off, this one swings away and Rohit Sharma pushes at it with soft hands. The ball takes the outside edge but just goes down in front of first slip.
