Protests by hassled commuters have become a routine as the under-construction road from Sua Road to Baddowal (via Threeke) is giving them jitters. The work on the road had started in July 2011 and the work was to be completed in six months. Thirty months have passed but the metalling work on a 1.6-km stretch has not been completed.
