Crooks use plastic clips to block ATM from dispensing cash; held
Two residents of Pratapgarh were arrested in Lucknow for tampering with ATMs and stealing money. They used plastic clips to block the cash dispenser and later remove the clips to take the cash. The accused targeted secluded ATMs with no guards and often targeted elderly individuals. Cash worth ₹29,000 was recovered and the accused were booked under several IPC sections.

GMDA repairs scour valves on master pipeline to restore water supply
Gurugram's water supply is expected to be fully restored by Tuesday morning after the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority repaired the scour valves on its pipeline network. Water supply had been erratic in areas along Dwarka Expressway due to tampering with the valves. The GMDA has completed the construction of sedimentation and storage tanks and a boosting station to increase supply across the city.
