SPPU to start scientific training class for school students

SPPU's Centre for Science Education & Communication offers scientific training classes for school students to enhance cognitive skills through experiential learning. Classes in Marathi, Hindi, English for grades 4-9, weekly till Jan 2025. Register at http://sciencepark.unipune.ac.in/.

No communal angle in ‘love jihad’ slur incidence: Pune varsity

According to FIR filed at Chatuhshrungi Police Station, a 19-year-old student of SPPU’s skill development department was allegedly assaulted by a group of unidentified students on the varsity campus at around 2 pm on Sunday and they also accused him allegedly of “love jihad”.

The committee members submitted the preliminary inquiry report of the incident to the management council and university administration earlier this week. (HT FILE)
