Sirsa man, minor son open fire at school van driver in road rage incident

Those injured are Gurjeet Singh, bus driver, his nephew and two others. The condition of Gurjeet is said to be critical, and he is undergoing treatment at Maharaja Agrasen Medical College in Hisar’s Agroha, while others are undergoing treatment at the Sirsa civil hospital. The injured were first rushed to the civil hospital in Sirsa from where they were referred to Agroha.

Dera Jagmalwali succession dispute: Sirsa tense, internet suspended for a day

As per Sirsa district officials, the internet services have been shut down to prevent rumours spreading over Vakil’s death. The police have been deployed in the dera and other parts of Sirsa and Fatehabad to maintain peace in the area.

Gangster Sukhpreet among 8 acquitted in 2017 double murder case

The court on Monday acquitted Sukhpreet, Chhotu Ram Bhatt, Mahender alias Gangajal, Ravinder alias Vicky, Mukhram alias Kalu, Sukhdeep Singh alias Sukh alias Deep, Sukhwinder alias Minda and Harsimrandeep Singh alias Sema as prosecution failed to prove allegations against them.
