Reply to plea on vacating govt bungalow, HC tells Sharad Yadav

A bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh issued notice to Yadav on a plea to vacate the stay with respect to the house, allowing the Centre’s application for impleadment.

The reference in the petition is to a legal fight over bungalow 7, Tughlaq Road which is ongoing since 2017. The house is currently occupied by former Janata Dal (United) leader Sharad Yadav.
