World book fair to begin on Feb 10 in Delhi

The 51st edition of the New Delhi World Book Fair will begin on February 10, featuring over 2,000 stalls with books in multiple languages. The fair will also mark the inauguration of a National e-library, where books can be accessed and downloaded for free. The guest country for the book fair this year is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

LG clears walkability plans for Purana Qila, Pragati Maidan, Delhi zoo

Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has approved walkability plans for areas around Purana Qila, Pragati Maidan, and Delhi zoo. The plans aim to reduce traffic congestion and improve pedestrian and cycling facilities. Saxena also cleared multi-modal integration plans for three Delhi Metro stations. Additionally, the construction of two railway overbridges and one railway underbridge in outer Delhi was approved to ease traffic congestion.
