Sisodia alleges AAP councillors getting ‘calls’ from BJP after MCD poll result

MCD poll: Sounds, songs and colour at AAP office as party registers big win

MCD poll results 2022: Arvind Kejriwal's AAP emerged victorious in 134 of 250 wards, while the BJP settled at 104. The Congress was a distant third after winning nine wards, according to the final results released by the Delhi State Election Commission.

Delhi MCD elections 2022: 0% turnout in NW village as voters boycott polls

The three polling stations in the village, which has around 3,150 voters and is part of the Nangal Thakran municipal ward, wore a deserted look throughout the day.

Sitting outside one of the polling stations, village elders said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi and the Bharatiya Janata Party-ruled civic body neglected the village.
