Army man among two more Indian climbers dead in Nepal

According to Mingma Sherpa, chairman of the Seven Summit Treks, which organised the Everest and Makalu expeditions, Ravi Thakur, 28, died at Camp IV after returning from the Everest summit at around 10: 00 pm .

Marketing executive robbed of car near Manesar

According to the police, Narayan Singh was waiting for his friend in the car when the suspects, on a motorcycle, waylaid him around 10pm.

Two motorcycle-borne men allegedly robbed a Bilaspur-based marketing executive of his Hyundai Verna at gunpoint on NH-48 in Pachgaon, seven kilometres away from Manesar, Sunday night. The police said that the incident took place when the man was driving towards Jaipur.(AFP)

NADA bans hockey goalkeeper Akash Chikte for 2 years for doping

Akash Chikte was provisionally suspended by NADA from March 27 and the minimum sanction of two years was imposed by the Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel (ADDP) after a final hearing on October 8.
