NMMC readies 10-bed ward for new heatstroke cases
Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has prepared a 10-bed ward at Nerul Municipal hospital and stocked up Urban Health Posts with supplies to tackle heatstroke cases. The move comes after the recent Kharghar heatstroke tragedy, which claimed several lives. The corporation has also issued an appeal to residents to take precautions against heatstroke.
