Mohali: GMADA’s 48-acre reclassified EWS land goes under hammer

The e-auction for six group housing sites, which started on April 13, will continue till 12 noon on April 22; GMADA will sell these sites with a total reserve price of ₹1,214.52 crores and is expecting to fetch up to ₹2,000 crores in case of a successful auction

Mohali: GMADA again fails to sell land near YPS protest site

Notably, during an auction in September last year, a 6.64-acre site in Sector 62, near the aforesaid land was sold for a staggering ₹527.11 crore to Phoenix Group under the name of its subsidiary Casper Realty Private Limited, well above the reserve price of ₹290.40 crore

Mohali: Sale of 368 sites fetches GMADA 1,986 crore

While 85 of the total 453 sites found no takers, the authority managed to sell a mixed-use-site spread over 18,223 square metres in Aerocity for ₹264.69 crore to Jalandhar-based Gaurav Infra LLP
