Mohali: GMADA’s 48-acre reclassified EWS land goes under hammer

The e-auction for six group housing sites, which started on April 13, will continue till 12 noon on April 22; GMADA will sell these sites with a total reserve price of ₹1,214.52 crores and is expecting to fetch up to ₹2,000 crores in case of a successful auction

NBCC sells 1,185 housing units for 1,504.69 crore in Greater Noida

Chandigarh: 50% shops on offer at Sector 39 market sold

The Chandigarh administration’s agriculture department earned a revenue of ₹45 crore from the auction; the successful bidders will have three years to construct their shops

Liquor vends’ auction: Chandigarh admn to move Supreme Court against HC stay

During the hearing on Wednesday, high court had stayed the operation of all liquor vends in Chandigarh from April 1; none of the total 96 vends auctioned will be able to start operations until at least April 3, when the high court will take up the petitions challenging the allotments again

According to officials familiar with the matter, Chandigarh administrator Gulab Chand Kataria has approved the file for challenging the stay before the top court and the petition will now be filed on Friday. (File)
