KDMC to deploy clean-up marshals in Kalyan, Dombivli soon

The Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation is deploying clean-up marshals again to tackle issues such as single-use plastic and garbage dumping. A minimum of 60 marshals will be deployed in Kalyan and 65 in Dombivli, with penalties ranging from ₹200 to ₹9,000.
