BITS Pilani steps into design education, launches BITSDES in Mumbai

The design school BITSDES will be set up in Mumbai and will introduce a 4-year, residential, Bachelor of Design (Honours) programme in the academic year 2024-25

According to the media release, students who are a part of BITSDES will gain access to and benefit from the 1,80,000+ BITS Pilani Alumni Network spanning 55 countries.

Portfolio, juries, graduation fervor: The show goes on at Pearl Academy

A total of 1,270 final-year students and 2,028 non-final year students appeared for their online assessments. More than 150 virtual juries assessed students’ portfolios and projects.

Since the beginning of the lockdown, over 3,300 Pearl Academy students have undertaken 1,600 online classes every week, taught and mentored by 340 faculty members across various disciplines.(Pearl Academy)
