Ryan International School bus catches fire on Delhi-Meerut Road, govt to probe
A school bus belonging to Ryan International School in Ghaziabad caught fire on the Delhi-Meerut Road. The driver escaped, but no students were on board. The fire was caused by a leak in the CNG kit installed in the bus. Transport officials will investigate the incident and have a list of 90 unfit school buses.

One held for killing 60-year-old man for refusing him ₹1 lakh loan in Ghaziabad
A man was arrested for killing a 60-year-old Hapur resident in January allegedly to steal money using his ATM card after he refused to give him a ?1 lakh loan. The suspect has been identified as Somveer Singh, and his accomplice, Sonu Singh, is on the run. They buried the victim's body in a farm in Kapoorpur.
