Kalka-New Delhi Shatabdi Express to short terminate in Chandigarh due to traffic block

This will be due to traffic-cum-power block with the launching of protection plate arrangement for pushing the precast RCC box between Chandimandir and the Kalka section of Ambala Cantt- Kalka Section on February 10.

As per the Ambala division of the Northern railways, the New Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi Express will short terminate at Chandigarh and remain partially cancelled between Chandigarh and Kalka on Saturday. (HT File)

Panchkula: Advocate booked for duping Colonel of 4.82 lakh

The advocate claimed that he had secured a verdict in the Colonel’s favour, when in fact the case had been closed in 2015 after no lawyer appeared for the petitioner in a case that was being heard at the Armed Force Tribunal, over the years the advocate took around ₹4.82 lakh from the complainant
