220 torn, soiled National Flags removed in Ambala

Most of the flags were hoisted at public and private establishments during the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign from August 13 to 15 last year, to mark “Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsav”, and had either got torn or soiled over time.

Water supply to be hit in Delhi after spike in ammonia levels

In an official advisory on Monday, DJB said ammonia levels are up to eight parts per million (ppm) in the Yamuna near Wazirabad, leading to curtailment of water treatment in Wazirabad and Chandrawal plants
