Residents said a legal notice has been sent to the builder over the alleged unfair increase in maintenance charges

The builder recently raised the maintenance fee from <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>2 per square foot to <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>2.40, promising to improve facilities.
