According to official data, Uttarakhand witnessed 113 forest fire incidents between April 23-25. 46 fire incidents were reported on April 23, 13 on April 24 and 54 on April 25

Tiger spotted at 7k-ft height in Uttarakhand’s Almora

This is the second time in a week that a tiger was spotted in the high-altitude area which is generally not considered a favourable habitat for tigers due to the cold climate

The divisional forest officer (DFO) of the area spotted the big cat on Wednesday and made a video of the sighting.

Take final call on Jageshwar temple monuments within 8 weeks: Uttarakhand HC
