Succession fame Alexander Skarsgard is blessed with his first child with Tuva Novotny

Alexander Skarsgård welcomed his first child with girlfriend Tuva Novotny. The couple is proud parents now. He has confirmed that he is now a father. In an interview at the red carpet premiere for season 4 of HBO's Succession, he acknowledged the congratulatory wishes he received regarding the news. Although Skarsgård attended the star-studded event without his girlfriend Tuva, he seemed to be in high spirits and expressed his gratitude for the well-wishes. He confirmed arrival of baby to Entertainment Tonight while attending Monday's red carpet premiere for season 4 of HBO's Succession. When congratulated on the baby news, Skarsgård expressed his appreciation, and said, "Thank you very much." PEOPLE's request for comment was not immediately responded to by a representative of him. However, the actor did not disclose any information regarding the name or gender of the baby.

According to the outlet's report, the actor displayed a stuffed animal he had received for the new arrival, saying "I received this on the red carpet. Thank you, thank you."

Tuva, has given birth to her second child, while this is the first child for Skarsgård. As per Page Six, Novotny has a 16-year-old daughter named Ella from her past relationship with Nicolai Bjerrum Lersbryggen. She initially revealed her pregnancy in April, last year while attending the Swedish Elle Awards.

Alexander is best known for his role as Eric Northman on the HBO series True Blood, which aired from 2008 to 2014. He has also starred in several notable films, including Melancholia, The Legend of Tarzan, and The Kill Team among others.
