K-pop shines bright at Coachella 2025 with BLACKPINK and ENHYPEN

BLACKPINK’s Jennie is also gearing up for a return to Coachella, and this time, she’s doing it solo. After her show-stopping performance with the group in 2019 and a headlining slot in 2023, the K-pop icon is back.

She is ready to make the Outdoor Theatre her stage again on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 7:45 PM to 8:35 PM PT.

Jennie recently gave fans a sneak peek of what’s in store through a moody black-and-white carousel post on Instagram. One of the videos shows her in full rehearsal mode, dancing alongside her backup crew. “D-3 TILL COACHELLA,” the video captioned.

In another slide, a stop sign flashes with the bold phrase, “Have you ever met Jennie?”

The behind-the-scenes photos reveal how deeply involved Jennie is in perfecting her set.

BLACKPINK stomped Coachella previously. “We’re so excited and honoured to be able to return to Coachella as headliners... We had the best time in 2019 and can’t wait to experience the energy of the audience again. There are some nerves, but more than anything, we’re just ready to have fun,” they noted following their return.

Back in the day, they’ve performed individual tracks—You & Me and MONEY—within BLACKPINK’s group shows, but this year, they’re standing fully on their own.

Also joining the K-pop takeover at Coachella this year is boy group ENHYPEN, who will make their debut on Saturday, April 12, 2025, and again on April 19, 2025, at the Sahara Stage from 8:35 PM to 9:20 PM PT. They’re now only the second male K-pop group after ATEEZ to take the Coachella stage.
