Kamaal R Khan slams Mika Singh as publicity-hungry ‘chirkut singer’ after being called ‘gadha’ by him

May 29, 2021 02:43 PM IST

Kamaal R Khan aka KRK seemed to be lashing out at Mika Singh, terming him a ‘chirkut singer’ who is commenting on the legal battle between KRK and Salman Khan for ‘publicity’.

Actor and self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan, better known as KRK, lashed out at singer Mika Singh for criticising him and defending actor Salman Khan. While KRK did not take any names as he lashed out at a ‘chirkut singer’, whom he claimed was seeking ‘publicity’, the tweet comes after Mika called him a ‘gadha (donkey)’ and ‘chuha (mouse)’.

While Kamaal R Khan did not name Mika Singh, the comments came after the singer defended Salman Khan.

“Now a Chirkut Singer wants to jump in the matter to get publicity. But I won’t give him. Kood Beta, Jitna Koodna Hai. Tujhe Toh Bhav Bilkul Nahi Doonga! Kyonki Teri Aukaat Hi Nahi Hai (Son, get excited all you want. I will not give you attention at all because you do not have stature for it),” KRK tweeted on Saturday.

KRK is being sued for defamation by Salman. While KRK has claimed that the lawsuit is a result of his unfavourable review of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman’s lawyers said that it is in response to KRK’s allegations of corruption and money laundering against the actor.

Mika, who has collaborated with Salman on several occasions, recently slammed KRK for making ‘personal attacks’ against the actor. He told Bollywood Spy in Hindi, “I am surprised that Salman bhai waited so long to file a case against him. Donkeys like him should be tamed as soon as possible... He always makes personal attacks, which is wrong.”

Earlier this month, KRK shared a video after watching the first half of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai at a theatre in Dubai and dramatically cried in mock fear of having to return inside after the interval. He also tweeted after watching the entire film that he would need to ‘take medicine and rest for 2-3 hours’ before reviewing it.

After being sent a defamation notice by Salman’s team, KRK requested veteran screenwriter Salim Khan to make his son withdraw the case. KRK also promised not to review Salman’s films, claiming that the actor was ‘getting too much affected’ by his reviews.

However, KRK later deleted these tweets and changed his stance. He wrote on Twitter on Thursday, “Normally I don’t review the film if producer director or actor of the film asks me to not review it. But Now if this man will request me, or even touch my feet also, still I will review his each film and each song. Satyamev Jayate! Jai Hind!”
