The information is part of a list of 49 most-wanted given by home secretary RK Singh to his Pakistani counterpart Khwaja Siddiqui during the May 24-25 secretary-level talks in Islamabad.

Islamabad has also been asked to confirm the death of 313 brigade terrorist Illyas Kashmiri, declared dead by the UN.

According to the list, Dawood has four known residential addresses in Pakistan, two each in Karachi and Islamabad. In Islamabad, the UN-designated al-Qaeda associate stays in an ISI safehouse on Bhoubhan Hill, 20 km on the road to Muree.

His other residence in the city is House no 29, Street no 22, P-6/2, Margalla Road.

In Karachi, Dawood’s addresses are Moin Palace near Abdullah Shah Ghazi Dargah in Clifton and 6/A Khyaban Tanzeem Phase V Defence Housing Area.

The Indian document also has the Pakistani passport details of Dawood’s wife Mahajabeen, son Moeen and daughters Mahrukh and Mehreen. His brother Anis Ibrahim’s passport shows that he lives in Islamabad and the other brother Mustaqim in Karachi.

Dawood has three Pakistani passports. While the Pakistan home secretary was non-committal on any action on the most-wanted list, the dossier of Lashkar-e-Taiba founder and 26/11 accused Hafiz Saeed has been updated with references from the David Headley-Tahawwur Rana case pursued in a Chicago court.

Sajjid Majid, another top Lashkar commander and 26/11 principal planner, has been referred to in the list in comprehensive details. The document says Majid underwent plastic surgery after the 26/11 attacks to change his appearance.

Indian Mujahideen co-founders and brothers Riyaz and Iqbal Bhatkal and Mohsin Choudhary, main accused in the February 2010 German Bakery blast in Pune, are new entrants from the last list given in March 2011.

All three are staying in Karachi and part of the ‘Karachi project’ — the ISI-backed offensive directed at unleashing terror attacks in India.
