Man allegedly stabbed to death during cricket match in Cuttack

A 22-year-old spectator of a cricket match in Odisha, India was allegedly beaten and stabbed to death on Sunday. The man, identified as Lucky Rout, was killed for defending the decision of the umpire during an ongoing match. A batter from the Berhampur team was caught behind, and when the umpire declared him out, the batting team forced him to change his decision to a 'no-ball.' When Lucky tried to back the umpire's decision, he was allegedly thrashed and stabbed by a few people who came to the field.
