Hari Nagar Election Result 2020: AAP candidate Rajkumari Dhillon wins

The Hari Nagar Assembly seat had Congress candidate Surender Setia is contesting against AAP candidate Rajkumari Dhillon and Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga of the BJP.

West Delhi’s Hari Nagar constituency voted for AAP candidate Rajkumari Dhillon over BJP candidate Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga and Congress’ Surendar Setia making Dhillon win by a margin of 19,642 votes.

Dhillon bagged 56,120 votes (53.84%) followed by Bagga who bagged 36,478 votes (35%). INC’s candidate Setia got 9,958 votes.

Hari Nagar is a suburban assembly seat that comes under the West Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. Counting of votes is underway. The constituency has around 1,63,708 eligible voters in this constituency. Rajkumari Dhillon was contesting from the Aam Aadmi Party against Surender Setia of Indian National Congress and Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga of the BJP.

AAP’s Jagdeep Singh had won the seat in 2015. The candidates who contested in Delhi Assembly Elections 2020 from Hari Nagar seats are:

Rajkumari Dhillon -- AAP

Surender Setia -- INC

Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga -- BJP 

BJP’s Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga was leading in this constituency and has now been replaced by AAP’s Rajkumari Dhillon, according to the latest ECI data. Dhillon is leading with a margin of 662 votes at 11:12 AM.

At 12:02 PM, AAP pushed the vote margin up to 822.

AAP has maintained their lead at Hari Nagar with 53% of the votes going to Rajkumari Dhillon. BJP’s Tajinder Pal Bagga trailed with 40.67% votes according to ECI data lates updated at 2:22PM.
