Russia has reportedly appointed Admiral Aleksandr Moiseyev as the new naval chief. Moiseyev replaced Nikolai Yevmenov, who was dismissed nearly 5 years after his appointment. The development was reported by the RIA news agency. The new agency shared a video of a ceremony in Kronstadt near St. Petersburg, claiming that Moiseyev was presented as acting head of the navy during the ceremony.
