French President Emmanuel Macron addressed the United Nations General Assembly on September 25. Macron urged Israel and Hezbollah to de-escalate the tensions. Macron said, “Israel can’t, without consequence, just expand its operations to Lebanon; We can’t have a war in Lebanon.” Macron also spoke on the issues of Gaza and the Russia-Ukraine war.
