On Hunger Strike, Sonam Wangchuk Explains Why Ladakhis Feel Cheated Despite Long-Cherished UT Status

In an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times' Kumkum Chadha, climate and political activist Sonam Wangchuk argues that while Ladakh was granted UT status in 2019, the region continues to face unmet promises of autonomy and development.
