A tri-service inquiry into the Mi-17 Coonoor crash in which 13 people including CDS General Bipin Rawat were killed on Wednesday, is underway. Lt Gen (Retd) Satish Dua remembers friend, soldier, statesman General Bipin Rawat. On Dec 8, IAF confirmed a Mi-17 V5 chopper carrying the CDS crashed near Coonoor.
