Pentagon has clarified on the Gaza casualty figures provided by Defence Secy Lloyd Austin. Austin had told Congress that over 25,000 women & children have been killed in the war. Austin’s estimate surpassed Hamas' claim on the number of women & children killed. However, a few hours later, Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh issued a clarification.
