Watch what happened at Vaishno Devi shrine moments after stampede left 12 dead

In a tragic incident on New Year occasion, 12 people were killed and 15 injured in a stampede at Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra area of Jammu and Kashmir. The stampede occurred when several thousand devotees were at the shrine. Eyewitnesses say that the stampede was caused due to large number of devotees entering and exiting the shrine simultaneously. Visuals from the shrine show chaotic scenes moments after the stampede. A probe has been ordered into the incident by J&K administration. Watch this video for more.
