Watch: Stranded pregnant woman rescued after landslide blocks Gangotri Highway

A State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) team rescued a stranded pregnant woman in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi. The woman was stranded on Gangotri National Highway following a landslide. Heavy rainfall in Uttarakhand triggered the rockfall which blocked the highway. The expecting mother was rushed to the hospital by the rescue team. India Meteorological Department (IMD) had already issued a warning to the state administration regarding heavy rainfall.
