'Want Muslim vote but allergic to abba jaan': Yogi's jibe at Opposition

With a few months to go for Assembly elections, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a jibe at Opposition parties over vote-bank politics. Clarifying on the controversy sparked by him calling Samajwadi Party's Mulayam Singh Yadav 'abba jaan', Yogi asked why those who want Muslim votes are allergic to the term. He also spoke on the Opposition 'wanting Ram and Krishna after having denied their existence earlier'. The BJP leader also said that UP soil is not made for hailing the Taliban.
