'Rules not paper tigers anymore': Twitter to face 'barrage' of FIRs, says expert

  • The Indian government has stripped Twitter India of its legal protection as an intermediary due to non-compliance with the new IT Rules. This makes Twitter the only US platform to have lost the protective shield under section 79 of the IT Act.
