Light Combat Helicopters inducted into IAF by Defence Minister in Jodhpur

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inducted the first fleet of Light Combat Helicopters into the Indian Air Force at IAF base in Jodhpur today. The four LCH have been developed by state-run aerospace major Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL). The 5.8-tonne twin-engine helicopter has completed various weapons firing tests and has been tested over Ladakh. It can reportedly, take out Chinese drones with air-to-air missiles and tanks on the ground using air to surface anti tank munitions. Watch this video for more details.
