Narrow escape for Biden? Bus plunges into ravine as Pittsburgh bridge collapses

A 50-year-old bridge collapsed in Pittsburgh early on Friday, hours before U.S. President Joe Biden arrived in the city to promote his $1 trillion infrastructure law, with about $1.6 billion earmarked for bridge maintenance. The Forbes Avenue bridge over Fern Hollow Creek in Frick Park came down at 6:39 a.m. and rescuers had to form a human chain to reach the occupants of a bus that had plummeted down a ravine. No deaths were reported in the shocking incident but at least four people required hospital treatment. Meanwhile, the National Transportation Safety Board sent a team to investigate the accident and determine the cause. Watch full video.
